CIY values your satisfaction. If we ship you the wrong item, we will gladly refund your money or replace your item and pay for return shipping.  Item(s) must be in their original packaging and must not be damaged in any way for us to accept returns. 

If you are not pleased with an item you purchased from CIY.com please let us know by emailing us at the address below.  However, at this time, we do not accept return items for this reason.
